Compared with nutritive sweeteners, non-nutritive sweeteners have higher sweetness, and synthetic non-nutritive sweeteners have the most prominent advantage in sweetness price ratio (sweetness price ratio = sweetness/market price *0.65) (Table 2).Due to the fact that natural sweeteners are extracted from natural plants, the source of raw materials is limited to a certain extent, and the extraction technology is realized relatively late, the absolute market price is high and the cost performance is not high at present. The technology of artificial sweetener is more mature and the market price is more reasonable. At present, among artificial sweeteners, the sweetening price ratio of acesulfame and nulfame is relatively high, among which the addition of acesulfame is easier to use than that of nulfame. It is expected that the price will continue to rise.
