Plant extract is the main force of Chinese traditional medicine exports, accounting for more than 40% of the total export of Chinese traditional medicine products.Although the plant extract industry is a new industry, it has developed rapidly in the past two decades.Statistics show that in 2011, China's export of plant extracts reached $1.13 billion, with a year-on-year growth rate of 47% and a compound growth rate of 21.91%.Among them, private enterprises accounted for as much as 50.4% of exports, far leading and contributing the most.Foreign companies followed, accounting for 35.4% of the total.China's plant extract industry development less than 20 years, private plant extract enterprises in the lack of "care" under the conditions of growth and development, in response to the challenges of financial "tsunami" one after another continue to grow.
